Shiraz by Seppelt of Grampians. The medium to full bodied palate shows many layers of intense and powerful fruit. From the parched and wizzened old vines on the austere and distinguished St Peters vineyard in Victoria's dry western grazing lands. The Grampians receive very little rainfall which yields small, intensely flavoured grapes. Tightly focused mulberry and spice characters are framed by exceptionally long fine tannins.
